General Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement Scope
Decospartic is licensed and insured. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Decospartic. There are no oral or written promises outside this agreement. Once signed, this is a legally binding contract.
2. Delays / Unforeseen Conditions
Events beyond Decospartic’s control (including acts of God, extreme weather, labor disputes, product shortages, structural defects, moisture issues, or substrate failures) are not considered abandonment or breach of contract. In cases where such conditions prevent completion, Decospartic may cancel the contract and refund all payments received.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel this contract within three (3) business days of signing without obligation.
After three business days, the down payment becomes non-refundable due to material and administrative costs.

4. Liens / Security Interest
Decospartic reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien on the property if payment is not made in full as required by law.
5. Payments and Late Fees
Balances not paid within the agreed terms will accrue interest at 2% per month. Customer is responsible for reasonable attorney fees and court costs if legal collection is required.
6. Arbitration of Disputes
All disputes or claims arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
Decospartic may, however, use court action to enforce payment obligations.
Warranty
7. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Decospartic warrants that its products will not yellow from UV exposure and will not chip, peel, separate, or delaminate from a properly prepared surface for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
Workmanship (labor) is warranted for 12 months from completion. After that, repairs may be subject to a mobilization fee up to 10% of the contract price.
8. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by moisture intrusion, standing water, condensation, or substrate movement
Improper surface preparation or unapproved product combinations
Cracks, substrate failure, corrosion, or structural settling
Damage caused by abuse, chemicals, pets, extreme heat, fire, or accidents
Slip/fall incidents or injuries
Natural disasters (floods, hurricanes, etc.)
9. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, email info@decospartic.com with your name, contact info, photos of the issue, and proof of purchase.
Decospartic reserves the right to inspect and determine the cause before approving repairs or replacements.
Warranty coverage is limited to the cost of replacement materials only and excludes labor, shipping, or incidental costs.
10. Paid Repairs
For issues not covered under warranty, customers may request service for a minimum fee of $250. The final cost will be determined based on the nature, scope, and complexity of the required work.
Surface & Installation Notes
Start Dates: Estimated start and completion dates are subject to change.
Obstruction Removal: Customer must ensure the work area is clear prior to installation.
Dust Protection: While professional dust collection is used, some dust may escape. Customer should protect items accordingly.
Surface Imperfections: Coatings do not level or repair structural defects. Variations in texture or appearance are normal.
Vertical Surfaces: Coatings on walls or steps are decorative only and may appear different from floors.
Return to Use:
12 hours – light foot traffic
36 hours – light items
72 hours – full use (vehicles, heavy objects)
Premature use voids warranty coverage.
Slip Warning:
Any surface can become slippery, especially when wet or contaminated. While slip-resistant additives may be applied upon request, Decospartic does not guarantee slip resistance and assumes no responsibility or liability for any slips, falls, or related injuries occurring on the prepared or finished surface.
